Terms and Conditions

All orders are carried out in accordance to German law. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

The All American Sports Store GmbH remains owner of all items until they are paid for. Reclamations or defects must be declared within 14 days of the invoice.

Returns

All items must be returned within 14 days after goods have been received. Items must be returned in the same condition as they have been received.

Please return the goods to the address stated on your invoice. We will then refund your payment or exchange the goods as requested.

Shipping

We usually ship with DHL.

DHL sometimes uses local shipping carriers to deliver their parcels outside of Germany.

Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges for shipment to Non-EU counties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
